We are excited to announce the launch of a new website for the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® (GMNBR). Located in New Hampshire, GMNBR’s mission is to connect its members to resources required to served consumers and their communities in a professional and ethical manager, and also advocate on behalf of real estate practitioners. With educational, advocacy, and professional resources front and center on this newly designed site, you will see that GMNBR provides its members with the tools they need to be successful.

Homepage design

• GMNBR has an awesome looped homepage video of drone footage of the Manchester/Nashua region.
• You will notice that there are rounded edges below the video that draws your attention towards the center of the page [this geometric design is a top website trend you will notice in 2021]. 
• The content boxes below the homepage video also have hover effects that go from straight lines to rounded edges.
• GMNBR’s homepage has everything that a real estate association needs on its homepage: calls-to-action, sponsors, resources for consumers and REALTORS®, news, and events. 

Branding and color palette

• GMNBR uses its branding colors across the entire new site.
• The color palette is more of a muted version of their branding colors but adds a nice, warm feel to the site.
• There are also great uses of white space, which makes the site feel well-balanced and spacious.

Integrations

• GMNBR’s site is fully integrated with RAMCO AMS. This single sign-on portal allows members can log in to access their profiles without switching out to a third-party website. 
• This integration also has a RAMCO member calendar widget where members can easily register for events when they are signed into their account.
• Freedom Software for real estate associations seamlessly integrates with RAMCO so GMNBR can manage its members and payroll with ease. 
• This eliminates workarounds and removes the juggling of multiple accounts and software systems to accomplish a single task.

Component-based design
