Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® Launches New Website

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new website for the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®. Part of this Association’s mission is to support and enhance the ability of members to succeed in their business in an ethical and competent manner, and this brand-new website is providing their members a valuable resource to do just that.

We wanted to highlight some key features on Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® new website and show you top design trends that you can consider using on your Real Estate Association’s website.

Real Estate Association Homepage Features

The homepage hero slider has a mix of videos and imagery overlaid with text and calls-to-action that can be updated as needed to showcase new information. The branded colored quick links grid below the hero slider shows four different high-value landing pages. The Find an Affiliate and Find a REALTOR® pulls data directly from the MLS through an MLS integration. Consumers can also access Find a property which has an embedded home snap property search.

The main sticky navigation remains visible as users scroll down the page to easily move around the site and access the content they are searching for. The utility navigation features important links for members to easily login to their dashboard, pay dues or contact the Real Estate Association.

Across the homepage is also customizable panels that can be updated at any time such as the Classes and Events Calendar. This calendar is integrated from the Rapattoni membership system that dynamically pulls all of the classes and events, so registration is simple for members.

Site visitors also can view the monthly market snapshot on the homepage with customizable grids that can be changed to update content, colors and images.

Custom Member Dashboard

To create an even more customer-centric and streamlined user experience, 立博客户端app下载 has created a specialized member dashboard that pulls data directly from Rapattoni (also known as an IMS replacement dashboard). This dashboard, which can only be accessed when a member is logged in, is completely customized with quick links to news articles and other calls-to-action as well.

Featured Interior Pages

The more personalized a Staff Directory page, the better it is for prospective members and affiliates to get to know your team. Lexington-Bluegrass does a great job highlighting hobbies and brief bios about their team.
