Upstate Alliance of REALTORS® Launches a Brand-New Website

We are excited to announce that Upstate Alliance of REALTORS® (UPSTAR) launched a brand-new website. Part of UPSTAR’s mission is to provide members with technology to conduct a successful business. UPSTAR’s investment in this next-generation website is the perfect example of their mission and promise to members. We wanted to highlight some key features of this new website and show you top design trends and features you can feature on your Real Estate Association.

The homepage hero images rotate with various imagery, headlines and calls-to-action. Right below is a grid with branded colors for consumers and members to easily find information about Find a Home, find a REALTOR®, Become a Member, Find an Affiliate and Market Insights. UPSTAR’s new website also features banner ads for affiliates to advertise their services. An affiliate slider displays each company’s logo on the bottom of the homepage.

Featured News, Upcoming Classes and Events are also displayed on the homepage along with a Market Statistics counter that displays the number of closed sales, median sales price, new listings, and pending sales. This is a great interactive feature to display, and the data can be easily updated as needed.

The Find a REALTOR® feature is an integrated search that pulls agents from the MLS. Visitors can also custom search by first or last name, city, zip code or firm.  

On the Market Insights landing page, there is a full archive with historical reports that date back from 2010 to the most recent. Visitors have access to monthly market indicators, quarterly foreclosure reports, market indicators by county and housing supply overview. 

The Affiliate Directory has a robust search index section for members to find someone by first or last name, business, city, zip code or expertise. Affiliate information on the website includes name, company, email and phone number to easily contact.

On the Join UPSTAR interior page, the membership process step by step is designed using branding colors and drop-down drawers to explain the 9 step process. This design layout helps display and break up a lot of text.

And last, members can easily access their account, register for events and more with a single sign-on.
